The team’s 3D building services modelling experience dates back to 1997.
We have a sound understanding of Mechanical and Electrical services and can perform 3D coordination modelling and sheet detailing sufficient for site installation. Our portfolio includes UK and US Defence Sector, UK and US Bio-pharmaceutical and Genomics, Health and Leisure and Commercial projects.
COBie and Data Support Services
We understand the COBie data specification and the reason it exists.
We retain a focus on why we add useful information to 3D models. We have delivered COBie across a range of projects - both proactively and reactively. Our portfolio includes Clients we continue to work with post-handover meaning critically, we deliver data ‘fit-for-use’ rather than data to ‘tick a box’.
3D Scanning and As-built Models
We can reverse-engineer 3D models of complex existing environments.
