We explain these categories of data here: In populating and submitting a contact form from within our “Home” and “Contact Us” pages, the identity data entered by the user of the website will be sent to ARK|BIM for review and response. Note, whilst the user information entered and submitted via the enquiry form is not voluntarily shared by ARK|BIM with any 3rd parties, in the event of a security breach a 3rd party may come to access such data. For this reason, the data fields ARK|BIM collect are limited to name, email address and optionally, the nature of the enquiry. At no time will ARK|BIM request financial information or the transfer of files and documents from within the enquiry form on the website.
We use different methods to collect data about you, which are explained here: The enquiry form available on the “Home” and “Contact Us” pages of the website is the primary method of user data collection. ARK|BIM does however collect additional information on web usage via 3rd party hosts and via 3rd party analytics. Such data is used internally for web-usage purposes to ensure the improvement of our services. Such data may include IP address, the pages viewed during a session and session duration.

The data entered via the enquiry form may be accessed by additional third parties in the event of a security breach.
